Job 28 three - another layer
v20 From where then does wisdom come? And where is the place of understanding?
v23 God understands its way, and He knows its place.
v24 For God looks to the ends of the earth, and sees under the whole heavens,
v25 to establish a weight for the wind, and apportion (apportion=to divide or distribute according to a plan) the waters by measure.
v26 When God made a law for the rain, and a path for the thuderbolt.
v27 Then He saw wisdom and declared it; He prepared it, indeed, He searched it out.
~~~v24~~~ God looks/sees all of heaven & earth.
God will not prematurely make a declaration without first doing this, so never does God see half of the story before giving His Word of Wisdom... Wisdom let's patience have Its perfect work so that Wisdom is given time to gather the information before giving Its declaration, and unlike God, we are only expected to search out what is within our reach for indeed, God's reach covers all, but we cover only in part, and unlike God, His declaration is final and not subjugated to correction for knowing only in part like we do, since God has access to all places without hinderance, so He always is knowing the full story, especially before He speaks! So when we get to declare what we see in part, we at least make sure to access what information is within our power before starting to form the opinion and correct others or even encourage others.
~~~v25~~~ establish a weight for the wind. apportion waters by measure.
wind- another word for message either positive or negative- (Jer 5:13/Eph 4:14).
weight- another word for influence and power- power of life/death in tongue (Pro 18:21).
establish- by your words u r established or by ur words u r condemned (Mt 12:37).
apportion- to divide or distribute according to a plan (1 Cor 12:11 - God's Spirit distributes to each one their gifts individually as He wills)
waters- another word for words. Water of the washing by the Word (Eph 5:26).
measure- insight for how gifts(our spiritual gifts, usually packaged up through words then action- in essence whatever power of influence as we use them, do them, and get others to follow) that can be measured by faith in action, as active faith is the requirement- Rom 12:3/Jms 2:22. Measure is a verb, you can't measure inactivity well.
~~~v26~~~ made a law for the rain.
rain- using idea of top down or, seated in heavenly places in Christ (Eph 2:6) to rain down your messages (gifts) from Christ (1 Cor 12/13/14) upon those on the earth being saved & sanctified or judged & corrected, the rain (words) are coming to refresh and cleanse and cause spiritual growth based on the boundaries to stay within the law to love God with all, and neighbor as self (Lev 19:18/Mt 22:37-40).

God is not created. Wisdom is one of His 7 Spirits (Isa 11:1-2/Lk 4:18/ Rev 4:5)... God takes out from His Substance then begins to do all this seeing, declaring, preparing, searching out as deep calls unto deep (Ps 42:7)... plus, He has to declare the end from the beginning (Isa 46:10)... and that gets really interesting! When God looks into the mirror He sees Himself.... When Father looked, His Spirit reflected His Spirit of Wisdom back to Him, and then He started speaking, doing prep work, and going deep since indeed, He has no beginning and no end!!!
