Ok, so the 3 stars on the Iraqi flag that was formed in 1991 represented the formed coalition between Iraq-Syria-Egypt.  During Isaiah's proclamation, Egypt would experience what it felt like to have your heart melt... in-fighting would begin even against those closest to you, to the point of spirits just failing along with bad counsel and oppression that rode high causing that cruel feeling of working hard but getting nowhere.  A perverse spirit would also be mingled into things so whatever work went on became something ending in error, like the drunk man who can't walk, think straight, so throws up altogether.... but then in that day, 5 cities in Egypt would speak like Canaan (promiseland talk), and in the middle of Egypt there'd be an altar, pillar to the LORD, that would become a sign and so the people would cry out to the LORD because of all the oppression causing God to send Jesus Christ to deliver them so that Father God would be known to Egyptians.... even though the LORD would have striken them for the sins, Egypt would receive healing, returning to the LORD as they entreated Him for their healing.  Also, there would be a highway from Assyria to Egypt so that the two would serve together.  In that day Irael will be 1 of 3 with Egypt and Assyria- a blessing in the middle of the land for the LORD of Hosts (LORD of the Angel Armies) shall bless and say, "Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria, the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance."

So this is the LORD's coalition - Egypt, Assyria, Israel.
