Negative:
The Dictator - This type of leader influences through intimidation, which produces resentful employees and loss of respect.

Positive:
The Encourager - This leader is a combination of the practitioner and the orator - he or she inspires.  This is the highest form of influence because the encourager is a master of both emotional and logical techniques and knows how to balance both.  Employee self-motivation is the end result.
