On Saturday (7/23/11), upon going upstairs for a break and some homemade cookies, had decided to watch TV, maybe cold case files or something would be on.... but the channel was already on Christian Television so did just continue to listen as Mike Murdock shared this story of how this couple wanted to sow the $58 offering and they wanted a house but Mike believes in proportional giving and thought, you ain't gonna get no house on $58 bucks.... but then the couple or the wife said, and we want it debt-free.  Mike didn't believe it but he didn't want to challenge her because she was crying.  So he prays... O LORD bless this seed and give them a house debt-free..... whatever... he didn't believe but they did.  A few weeks passed and the couple was signing a deal for a house with this old woman who had 9 children.  The woman said that if anything happened to her while they were signing this deal then the 9 kids wouldn't get the house they would... well, she died and the couple got the house debt-free and it appraised for $58,000.

Now the Holy Spirit really does direct our steps, the only power we get is to yield.  The LORD previously put inside my heart that He wanted me to give..... but He hadn't lead me to where so it just sat in my heart but as i ate the cookies and before hearing this testimony on the broadcast i was skeptical because of growing under the faith movement and the abuses to the prosperity movement but something inside had my attention so i didn't look for cold case files to watch but instead sown the $58 seed and commitment.....

Today already an evangelistic friend brought a blessing from Turning Lives and brought by 6 bottles of shampoo, 48 rolls of toilet paper, 2 jugs of laundry soap, $100 gas card, $150 gift card to Sam's Club (household/food/biz supplies)....

Sweet God has every step we need to take, preparing them and our heart to give and receive, leading us to when and where so it's effortless because He is already put first in our life... He leads others who are in love with Him.... and through the depth of networking within the cells of His very own body, He continues to send direct and indirect messages to His body so we receive these interactions through obedience yielding to be able to experience life from that reception.
