Dropped Off Today

When Mike and i divorced he got one house totally his (R8), and i got one house totally mine (R7).  Many attacks have come from every side lately though.  Mike did not want to pay alimony  (maintenance) so refused to even though i had helped build our other company IRM, Inc. of which he is now 90% owner and i am 10% owner (done this way to keep him accountable as IRM pays CPM 10% of the net profit with or without a contract); anyways in the economy we live in today jobs are scarce, but even further, i did not even qualify for unemployment because the monies we made during marriage most always went into his name.  So after the LORD stepped in again, Mike agreed to pay the SUV and house payment for me for one year or until the one house awarded to me sold so that the money from the sale would give me something to live on while the call to ministry that is on me came into full swing and to give me time to produce income as now me and Yemi do write books together.  But to save Mike and i from having to sell the properties through the court order, because of having 5 houses, we formed a legal LLC over the houses so that we could maintain the co-loans and still be co-owners of the other 3 houses.  Then as the LORD moved more, Mike and I agreed that the profit from the rental properties would be mine for two years so to have monthly money to live on to pay bills like water, food, electric... well recently, satan has been allowed by God to attack on all sides.... the renter in the R5 house hasn't paid rent yet owes 1,550 of past due rent and now has been evicted, and the renter in my house R7 owes $930 and hasn't been paying yet called me on Wednesday July 20th while spending the night at Suzanne's house because had to go to St. Charles to pick up medicine from the vet for the second day in a row for my pet raccoon Bubba who died on the 23rd after taking him back to the vet on  the 21st so he could get a shot because nothing was working.... but as we sat in the living room on the 20th to listen to Dutch Sheets, Evelyn the R7 renter called and said she was moving out by the end of the month... so with Angie and Suzanne as my witness, because had put Evelyn on speaker phone on my cell, she was asked, "What about the money you owe?"  ...well, i have school and stuff, but i'll be over there tomorrow to talk about it... She never showed or called- AGAIN!  So i called her on Friday the 23rd and she says she was at school picking up her financial aid check for $3,000 and after asking when was she coming over to talk since she didn't show Friday, she said she would come over tonight to talk, but AGAIN never showed nor called.  So after deciding in my heart that i don't need anyone but Jesus to be my savior, and that i don't and won't no longer put my hope in people to help me make it, even though i know you can't live without any money coming in, and all my income was cut off within one week.... except what IRM pays.... and even Mike owes money from jobs and garage rent and though he has been reminded but forgets, he still gets mad that i remind as if i just caused some great inconvenience, yet he is out buying a used tool trailer.... and recently, someone stold from his house our john deer lawn mower used to mow all the rehab property, then on another day, someone broke into his house and stole his computer that he just bought because a few weeks before that he just bought one because he spilled coffee on it, so that is 2 new computer losses in a short time period, and his TV was stolen..... soooooooooooo..... instead of letting my fear and insecurity drag me into satan's call not on my life.... which would be go get some dumb job that God didn't ask me to go get after i've spend 20years in hiding, prepared for powerful ministry..... i decided not to fear my circumstances but did write an eviction letter to R5 tenant and this one below to R7 tenant which did hand deliver in her mailbox today.  LORD willing, you can read Roxanne's tomorrow..... but that wasn't the only hits i been taking... but the income cut off, my pet raccoon whom is loved very much that died.... is really more than enough sickness but GOD IS GREATER AND THAT IS STILL PERIOD AMEN!  SO EVERYBODY SEATED ON THE DARK SIDE IN THAT HEAVENLY REALM CAN JUST GO GET YOUR HEAVENLY LITTLE JOURNAL BACK OUT AND WRITE THIS DOWN!  YOU WILL BE BOWING YOUR KNEE AT MY GATE AS FATHER RHEMA DADDY SAID: THE GATE OF THE WICKED WILL BOW DOWN AT THE GATE OF THE RIGHTEOUS!  AND THAT IS PERIOD AMEN~ Selah Trooper

To Evelyn Williams,

Last Wednesday when you called and said you were moving out by the end of the month (July), this thought spoken is good resolve because within the landlord/tenant relationship that we have, the last several weeks have been one lie after another by telling me you would come by then not show; you would agree to the financial plan set forth, then not adhere to the plan; you would say you were coming over then not only fail to come over but wouldn’t even call to reschedule or let me know.  No healthy relationship can be built on lies, misconceptions, or excuses, because these character traits do not allow trust to be present.  By your words you will be established and by your words you will be condemned, this is what accountability looks like and how it is applied within any given relationship… by what we say and what we actually do.  So in that, I come into agreement with your words of moving out by the end of the month, please turn in your house keys by August 1, 2011 for the house will be posted for rent come August 1, 2011.  The outstanding balance of past due rent due totals: $930.00 up to July 31, 2011.  As long as the house is returned in good condition, the $600.00 deposit minus the stardard maintenance-clean up fee of $200.00 will be returned but will be deducted from any outstanding rent monies due… which based from today would look like $930 minus $400 so the new amount past due providing house is return in stated good condition would then be $530.00 due upon receipt of this letter.
