Computer crashed the other day and had the dumbest IT guy yesterday.... felt irritation nearly the entire time, could barely hold back my tongue and did actually tell him he was hard to work with, that we sat there for a long time, never seen anyone put my comp back that way (had over 7 crashes), since we haven't solved any problems yet, we're not getting ahead, and that is not good enough for me...!  Even had to tell him how to do some things....... emotional testings~  The satelitte guy today was about the same... only dumber!  What is the problem?  He wanted me to run upstairs to check the number on the receiver or wasn't going to tell me how much to send in so to pay up my account until April 2012, even though he was given the account number, name, address, been with company well over five years... but it was like talking to a wall!  More emotional testings.... The irony...//?  Well, Chuck just gave that yielded word on Elijah List about the need to give God dangerous emotions..... these provocations really get to your emotions!  Out of all the times in dealing with these companies in the past, never felt such extreme irritation, or find it hard to be nice, don't want to be merciful, but this provocation was second to none.  Can't say my emotions stayed entirely calm and friendly.... So.... interestingly, i don't believe in coincidence~
