Interesting Surprises
Took the SUV for an oil change and tire rotation up at the Ford Dealership... also took "Decision Points" by George W. Bush to read to ignore the boredom while having to wait but interestingly, this man observed me reading so walked by to ask if i was reading or studying? Probably because of having pen in hand which allows for high end annotations. "Reading" John Wayne heard before sharing how he just read the book i was reading right then. His name is John Wayne (ironically) Tucker, and shared that he had run for congress. When he came over a third time to talk with me, he had already given me his business card (Independent Conservative Republican), so now recommended a book to read by Dr. Jerome Corsi "America For Sale" but warned it was depressing so i added, "America is already depressing." ...so just looked up his website a few minutes ago and learned he is a minister and professior too... Wow! Cool~
Anyway friends, did read 34 pages while waiting and learned appreciative things about President Bush... loved the writing style of talking 'with you' and not sounding far away or merely statistical like people without heart. Good humor lines the pages along with real personal stories and challenges in the first chapter.
