Not What U Think
Judging too quickly by the surface wasn't going to work; can you imagine? The LORD is going to send His Angel ahead of the Jewish people who are to enter this particular territory that they've never entered into before and are told by the LORD that He would cause confusion among the people to whom they were to come to (Gn 23:27)... could you imagine if that happened today? Who would believe it was God at work? We'd have something to say like, 'God is not the Author of confusion' and so wouldn't know to rightly divide, but would probably accuse the Christian, who with no thanks to him, since the confusion didn't start until he showed up, so must be in some sort of wrong direction or mis-step... and isn't that the irony of not knowing the full story... because there always is one!
Thank You Jesus for giving us patience that we may wait upon the LORD and find out exactly what your perfect work really is.
