Started Glenn Beck's book yesterday... in a nutshell here's my interpretation concerning one very small section:
 2 fat, 2 much, 2 many...
Bureaucracy is 2 fat.   Taxes are 2 much.  Government has 2 many workers.

 We need to start down sizing Government, starting with this:
