The Overseer
1. Colossians 1:1 A.D. 61
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,
2. Titus 1:1 A.D 64 (after Paul learned a few things)
Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith
of God's elect and the acknowledgment of the truth which accords with godliness.
In example one, Paul is sure of his calling and election (2 Pt 1:10) , (1 Cor 9:16-18) even justifies it to be first and foremost by will of none other than God's own.
In example two, Paul learned a few things within 3 years. Authority is for consistently serving the people you represent by overseeing through practice of truth, the viable confirmation to godly motivated interactions, principals, policies, decision making strategies to develop and increase conservative community. Paul's overseeing ability is still God-granted, and will be effectively beneficial to all those you are sent to, and who just happen to be activating their own internal gift of faith from God (Ep 2:6-8), so will then experience increase by letting Paul flow in his governmental authority granted by God, which can be acknowledged by more than factual truth, so it may represent the fruit of provable godliness.
