Jesus fulfilled all the law and the prophets (Mt 5:17-18) and this means that He fulfilled all of them including the one the liberal pointed out on the show tonight. Jesus then replaced all those laws after His death and Resurrection by summing them up and giving us two... Love the LORD our God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and love our neighbor as ourself (Mt 22:34-40). You see, the Old Testament is in the New Testament fulfilled and the New Testament is in the Old Testament contained.

The just shall live by faith (Habakkuk 2:4/Romans 1:17).
Faith is what you have before you make a factual discovery or engage in an empirical data experience (such as seeing there is a Creator by looking around at the earth and knowing full well that there has not been one single man or woman in history that made claim to this planet or any other of what can be seen to have personally created, designed, or made to be in existence, by the work of personal will, the genius of personal intelligence as relating to complex systems, or verbal/practical work ethic laying claim to any of the solar systems as the work shaped by the power of their own hands). Hope that is seen is no longer hope (Ro 8:24), so by faith we know there is a Creator (Isa 40:28/1 Pt 4:19), and what now remains is (1 Cor 13:13) faith, hope, and love in Him. So what do you do after you believe in what faith says... be that you heard what you believe from the bible, or inspired prophet, your friend, or parent, or an internal voice on the inside of your spirit... Faith, both positive or negative, still comes by hearing (empirical data= one of the five senses), and hearing the word of God (Ro 1:17). Faith is a greek word #4100, pisteuo, (verb) meaning to trust in, have faith in, be fully convinced of, rely on, acknowledge. You are believing (having faith in) something at all times, and at all times it will be either a positive aspect or a negative aspect. For instance, lies are not Truth but it is true that lies exist. So to tell a lie is a factual truth but in and of itself will be not life giving. If lies are in a story and i relay that story, that doesn't make Truth a liar, but does reflect how the story is in the truth to admit or tell or reveal that the lie existed. And lies are all over the place in those bible stories because they reveal peoples lives and share their personal stories and the sins that were in their lives. But whatever lie you read about in the bible does not belong to the Substance of Truth but to the validity of the sin in the sinner, and the story is being used as an example of the death at work in the sin as well as revealing like scientific data does, not only what is, but what is not, and so what is not is the life missing on account of the lie present, so the need for life to come to the sinner will be revealed as well. But you can't do that without revealing what kind of lie is at work. But since God Himself has no lie in Him, He allowed the law to point to what was holy, just, and good (Ro 7:12), and by this holy standard that we could not do because of our lies, figured out in our stupidity that we needed saving. It is amazing how satan can (2 Cor 4:4) blind the mind to get you to see something negative about the inspired word of God (written under the inspiration of holy men). But then, if you choose to supress the truth in unrighteousness (Ro 1:18), it is easier to just blame God's people for our stupidity (sin), although even we know we need a Savior, but do they know it? So then they are doing nothing to transform us in their superiority, only accuse and condemn of how stupid we are... which reveals how powerless they are. Guess we are all messed up huh. So it's good that God is revealed from faith to faith (Ro 1:17) and that the law is not of faith (Gal 3:12), and that there is no law against love (Gal 5:22-23). Thank God hope does not disappoint (Ro 5:5), and eventually, hopefully, we get to be known by our love (1 Tim 1:5-10)... love that never fails (1 Cor 13:8).
