v2 Treasures of wickedness (empowered by self, Godless consultation and honor, oppressive systems, tyrant leaders, inflated-arrogant salaries) profit nothing, but righteousness (acheived by faith in Christ first Peter 1:9 style) delivers from death.
This clip comes from the posting on my blog that occured on Monday, September 6, 2010, titled "USA Labor Day". What brought this irony into remembrance was reading this other article just now where out in Bell, California, USA, the attorney general's office sued city officials for their inflated-arrogant salaries; a scandal that ripped off the American tax payers while granting Godlessly lead leaders self-empowering salaries. For example... 4 out of 5 city council members received 100,000 annually in comparison to mutually sized cities whose officals received 5,000 per year. 8 officials, former and current, have been sued so far. But what is positive and what i love is that it has prompted a statewide investigation to ruin wicked plans of greed by holding people accountable (future), while investigating waste and misuse of public funds now. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100916/ap_on_re_us/us_bell_salaries

Had a good time with Bryan and Ragena. We laughed so hard while eating Monday night at Argentina Steakhouse. Even the waiter enjoyed our atmosphere and he gave "the birthday girl" a huge plate of multi-sweet dessert for the four of us, for free! What a sweetheart! Ragena and i stayed up until 2am so coffee tasted really good that Tuesday morning. We all piled into my SUV- Bryan is there on the passenger side, Mike is driving, and i snapped a photo of Ragena. We had just come back from shopping in Branson. Mike bought me this unique Guess, 1/2 leather, 1/2 black and white designer jacket from Wilson's Leather. We walked through a few outlet stores, found some Mackie perfume, which really is discontinued but still smells good
, but the last time any significant outing where Mackie was worn, was in Branson. We spent some specific time pilfering through the kitchen gadget store, where yes, even the guys liked that one! Even they were in the store before we were because as we joined them, Mike had just found a box of Salt Water Taffy that he intended to surprise me with because of all the times he listened as i repeated the happy childhood memory of getting to go (every weekend) to Santa Cruz beach boardwalk where there we watched taffy being made and could get fresh Salt Water Taffy~ Great time. Great friends.

I was lucky to come from a difficult area. It teaches you not just about football but also life. There were lots of kids from different races and poor families. People had to struggle to get through the day.
