Not Always Easy

After sitting here listening to this,

and signing the petition, it made me think of Revelation where people will die for not renouncing faith in Christ so will be killed (Rev 6:9).  I used to wonder what one world religion would act in those days...?  Catholics and Spirit Filled Christians do not practice beheading people as it is a sin for us to kill people over things like religion.  Islam doesn't have a problem with it.  I'm sure there are peaceful muslims, but i'm not talking about them.  When thinking of Islam and who wouldn't mind killing other people unlike themselves, AND, hold a governing position, then Iran comes to mind for example.  It is difficult for me to trust the Iranian president because after watching him being interviewed on Larry King Live, he turned cold towards Larry once he learned Larry was a Jew.  The sad part is, he liked Larry and was friendlier in the interview, body language included, until finding this out.  He wasn't as generously polite when he HAD TO shake Larry's hand where you could see something strict in the hand movement like that of resistance as he posed his hand to shake Larry's offered hand, but what else could be seen was a person resorting to a principle belief of hating Jews which clearly changed the Iranian president's behavior during the interview because earlier in the interview i really actually believe he kind of admired Larry... up until that point when Larry admitted to being Jewish and confessing he had relatives die in the Holocaust.  They were discussing this because Larry wanted to know how or why would the Holocaust be dismissed as something other than what it really was?

And as unpleasant as all this division is, not all division is bad, for even Jesus came to bring a sword to divide not only soul from spirit, joint from marrow, which is the spiritual reference applied to flesh vs. spirit natures (Heb 4:12), but to divide wheat from tares which at the end of the age He will be using His angels to help Him do this (Mt 13:24-43).  It's always tragic when we all think we are right, but Christians don't get to be right (1 Cor 13:8), we get to live by faith (Ro 1:17).  It would be great if we all could get along, no worries, but i haven't found that reality yet, because it's not always possible as long as we want to sin... (Isa 59:2/Lk 13:23-27/1 Jn 3:4/2 Thes 2:3,7).  Our Hope is right here~ Jn 3:16/Mrk 16:6/Ro 10:8-10/Jn 16:27/Ep 2:15/Ro 6:18;8:15
