Blue v37-47 Ch 12 Lukev42 ..."Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season? v45...But if that servant says in his heart, Jesus ain't coming, and begins to treat people like a jerk, and looses the fruit of the Spirit of self-control so then engages in over eating, drinking, partying to get drunk, v46 Jesus will come on a day when you ain't lookin' for Him, and at an unknown hour, and "will cut you (him) in two" and appoint you (him) your (his) portion with the unbelievers.
v46 ...will cut him in two~
This truth in v46 is a concept based on Ps 68:18 and Ep 2:15 that ends up in Rev 21:8. If you burn out on Christianity even though you've previously accepted Jesus, giftings will still be seen but in your current lukewarm rebellion (Ps 68:18 ...You have received gifts from men, even from the rebellious, that the LORD God might dwell there), Christ will show up and you won't be ready- (v47) And that servant WHO KNEW His Master's will (Jesus' will), and did not prepare himself or do according to His will, shall be beaten with many stripes (Jesus took 39 stripes of beating on His back, the beating meant for fools that was taken for our healing, but here there will be no healing offered or the ability to transfer that pain onto Jesus, you will get to keep that pain from stripes of the beating because of being unrepentive and dissident), for after having been caught in a backslidden state and denying the power of Christ (2 Tim 3:5), instead of the law being nailed to the cross and Jesus being your Savior, and instead of the enmity being defeated, and instead of receiving the ONE NEW MAN that was intended by Jesus, now declared in Eph 2:15, the Sword of the LORD will cut you back into two confusing sources so that you abide in the knowledge of the tree of good and evil and you will be cut into two instead of being whole in the tree of Truth and ONE with Him. And since He declared your new portion which is no longer in Him but on account of your rebellion, you will be appointed a portion with the unbelievers (v46), and since Jesus Christ done came and went and is on His Way Back Again, that dissident servant who will be assigned with the unbelievers is now getting the revelation of the second death... Rev 21:8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.
