For He is kind to the unthankful and evil. v36 ...be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful. ~There is a great way to reform the welfare program BUT what is known as traditional mercy will need to be reformed as well, for indeed it is merciful to show someone the truthful way, it is the kind and merciful thing to do, and it's better than advocating a program that blesses sin, since indeed the oxy moron doesn't technically exist, except only through deception.
