Created these charts for doing rehabs but need to customize them for the next
rehab job we're doing.  This time it's for one of our customers who lives a few
streets over who has 4 apartments and he would like us to get started on 2
of them right away that he may get them rented out.  It feels like 17 degrees
here so as Mike and I went over around 5pm to chart and problem solve each
room, we decided to reschedule after my pen wouldn't right, the light wouldn't
come on and probably needed something turned on from down in the dark
basement!  Mike suggested getting his latern but he had thermals on and i
didn't so talked him into morning .  Yahoo, i hate being cold!  Too hard
to function~
