Just working on book.  This is Mike's 3rd hunting trip, catching nothing on the first two, so is now happy to have shot 1 deer on the 2nd, 3 more yesterday. There's plenty of meat to grind into deer burger, dehydrate into deer jerky, and turn into deer sausage.  First he pre-soaks the meat in tender quick like how the Jewish people soak meat in kosher salt to pull the blood out of it... it makes the meat taste better and with deer it removes that gamey taste.  It works far better than soaking it in milk~  Besides, it takes 2 different enzymes to digest milk and red meat products.  We will be getting together to make Christmas cookies soon but at least i have worked out twice this week, having decided to shut my mouth for the countless times confessing how much i hate working out and how boring it is!~
