Galatians 3:19 AMP: What then was the purpose of the Law? It was added {later on, after the promise, to disclose and expose to men their guilt} because of transgressions and {to make men more conscious of the sinfulness} of sin; and it was intended to be in effect until the Seed (the Descendant, the Heir) should come, to and concerning Whom the promise had been made. And it {the Law} was arranged and ordained and appointed through the instrumentality of angels {and was given} by the hand {in the person} of a go-between {Moses, an intermediary person between God and man}.
Connotation:
1. Angels are instruments (they are used).

3. How are angels used? By the hand of a mediator/in the person of...
4. Angels are instruments in the person of...
5. Are angels priests/prophets? Such as Moses, listed here?
6. Are angels ministers? Yes - Hebrews 1:14 Are not the angels all
ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service (of God
for the assistance) of those who are to inherit salvation?
7. Was Moses sent out to save (deliver) people/to minister? Yes.
8. (God) He makes His ministers flames of fire (Hebrews 1:7 and
Psalm 104:4).
9. Is an angel ministering the Law to get you to salvation? Yes - Galatians
4:24 the Law is a tutor, a guard until the salvation/revelation of Christ
is revealed {Christ is the end of the Law (Romans 10:4)}. {When you
get the revelation of Christ, meaning you walk in Love, God is Love,
you are no longer under law. Obviously this means you have God,
you no longer hurt your neighbor thanks to the Blood and Water of
Christ that empowers obedience to not do things like commit adultery,
steal, etc, because these things hurt your neighbor. Would you want
someone to sleep with your spouse? Exactly. No! The Law was showing
you how much you hurt people. Christ empowers you not to practice
this. It is this Love revelation that comes through the Blood of Christ
for Salvation and the Water of Christ for Sanctification that has us all
waking up and getting us born again. This is a process so don't freak
out if you're not perfected yet.}

12. Is a minister spiritual? Yes - (Psalm 104:4). Study Greek define below.
13. Is the Law spiritual? Yes - Romans 7:14;12 - the Law is spiritual/holy,
just and good.

just and good Law to do it)? Yes. Galatians 3:19 above and Hebrews
