Big Kids Cleaned Nairobi Lighthouse Church. Gotta have a work ethic to participate in this. We scrub floors Cinderella style except that we don't sit on the floor, we squat with rag in hand and just go for it! I would like to submit every American chip eater to NLC to wear off all excess weight

Walking the kids is another form of refreshing exercise. Also a great time to bond.
Between that and plenty of fresh fruit or vegetables, you feel better already.
You can get some new clothes.
And a new pair of shoes.
Even make some new friends while your out-n-about. Cindy & Irene
Then you can take your new friends to Masai Market to purchase any number of bartered tribal carvings, cultured crafts, and put your negotiation skills to work on your behalf.
