Hello! Just need to check-in to share what is going on. Starting tomorrow we fly out from St. Louis to go to Africa for 12 days! Glory to God!
We are going to King's Kids Village.

Phil is the one leading our team. His mom and dad started King's Kid's Village. This is his wife Linda in the picture. Phil has an apostolic anointing and has turned churches around a few times for the growth of God, even following God's Spirit well after being used to increase, lead, name, and call out Destiny Church before the Spirit led him to his 1st son Jim, who was to become lead Pastor. Linda did not only produce boys, they have girls too amonst the Stern Clan, but as a strong mother of 10 and Teacher who had and has home-schooled her mini-class family, she taught much about family life and healthy boundaries for children inside of the classrooms and pulpit at church!
Phil's mom and dad. I've only shaken hands with Eleanor at church during the "Meet New People" part of the service so i don't really know them personally but do love the story Phil shared about how one time they were in a foreign country doing God's work and their supplies were cut off because the territory had issues with militants or rebels, some kind of people trouble like that and there was no way for Paul and Eleanor to receive anything, no support from the outside world (so to speak), but in the miracle after they were asking God what to do, they had crossed paths with some cowboy type person who just happened to be getting out of the unsafe area and who just happened to have a large warehouse that he quickly led them to and that was filled with every kind of supply they would need and this man told them something along the lines of, 'Take whatever you want because it's all going to be taken anyway.' It's a great story! I really like the way Phil tells it better~
Jon is Phil's brother and he and Molly run King's Kid's Village, and have lived in Africa for over 20 years. Our flight leaves tomorrow so our team will get to meet them very soon if some haven't met them already. Please pray for Phil, Joe, Mary, Shaun, Amanda, myself, as we go to share God's Love and be whatever blessing we can be. 
Pray for Joel too because he is to be in Johannesburg on the 23rd. God Bless You.
