v28 dominion gives multiplication rights
you can fill, subdue, have dominion over creatures
v29 God told them to "SEE..."

v2 God then entered the 7th day of Rest (after the 6th day, the day Man was not only an idea to be MADE in God's image but CREATED as the male and the female who were to display dominion after man had been 2:7 FORMED from the dust of the ground and experienced the Infilling of the Holy Spirit from God's Breath.
