1 Kgs 19

v5-6  "Get up & eat."  An angel touched Elijah to get him to eat; near Elijah's head sat one cake of bread and a jar of water, so Elijah ate but then laid back down.

v7  The Angel of the LORD came a 2nd time.  "Get up & eat, the journey is 2 much for you."  Strengthened by that food he {v8} traveled 40 days & nights, arriving at Mt. Horeb - the mountain of God.

Ex 3

v1  Moses came to Horeb, the mountain of God and the Angel of the LORD appeared in a flame of fire from the middle of a bush {v2}; God also told Moses He was sending him to Pharaoh to help bring God's people out of {Egypt} bondage {v9}, and that afterward Moses would return to Mt. Horeb as a sign of being sent where he would serve God on this mountain {v12}.  *It's after the fact but hey, the just live by faith so it's all good.

v14  Mt. Horeb is where Moses learned God's name forever is "I Am" "I Am Who I Am"  "I Am has sent me to you."
