v27 Gn 1 God created man in His own image...male and female He created them. So the evening and the morning were the 6th day (v31). On the 7th day God ended His work...and rested (v2 Gn 2).~Natural & Spiritual goal is to become completed then rest~
Salvation & Sanctification goal to enter Jms 2:22 so we can rest as a completed temple (person) in the Holy Spirit. Receiving Salvation to be rid of 6=sin by faith means Sanctification is to be obedient and grow up into the practicing mind of Christ, yielding to His Life readily... Rest flows in and throughout~
