v20  ...this is David's (Mike & Cindy's) plunder.

Today Mike and i purchased this rehab (R5) in the city from another guy named Mike who is very nice and who represented the seller of the property.  The owner was asking $8,900 but after asking Mike if he could make all the expenses like closing costs, title insurance, etc., fit inside of $8900 because didn't want to spend anymore than this, to God's credit, Mike gave us the place for $7,000 and also said that to close on it would be about $1,000.  This is very nice of God and Mike and am thankful to them for blessing us like this because to make this happen we took $17,000 from credit card at zero percent interest for 6 months, then we paid off my car for $6100 to free up $320.99 per month which will be used to pay the credit card debt we just accumulated.  We actually lowered our monthly expenses on the one hand while increasing our assets on the other hand.  But, there is always a but....

  Once we start doing the rehab work we must walk out believing by faith for God to provide the plans-strategies-funding for us to complete the project... pictures reveal there is much work to be done.  We have considered this a "project" to work on for those rainy days or really cold days when can't really work outside anyway.  Don't know how long it will take us?  The only word heard in the Spirit was "Time." 
 Not exactly every girl's dream but we going to try to make it pretty.

  This is the front view with Mike walking up the steps today.  There was a penny on the floor inside so told Mike it meant something and if he looked at the date would tell him a story if he wanted... (when you flow prophetically everything means something ); so Mike held it up to the lantern to check the date.  Mike and i have fought severely bad over rehabs in times past but not in the way of yelling or arguing over who gets who's way... it is more like he acts passive-aggressive and stubborn while i reiterate over and over using five thousand meaningful points.  There is never any unity and God cannot bless the project because only God works in unity, but something was and is different about this one and it all started the other day when one of our customers from Chesterfield said he wanted to buy a rehab then have our company do the work but decided to wait after talking to his wife.  The first rehab we mentioned to Chris was $17,000 and the realitor was to meet us there.  Good thing Chris already backed out, deciding to do something in the future instead because the property was worthy of demolition and that's about it.  Mike and i decided to keep looking anyway since the weather was cold and the realitor mentioned another place... we found this one instead.  Earlier in the day the LORD had opened our spirits where i felt peace about what we were doing that wasn't there before and Mike said he felt different, that this time it was going to be different.  So from our personal unity to the blessing added today that saved money, had felt like God had added a blessing with no sorrow to it. 

oh yeah... i graduated from high school in 1987 and 1 stands for unity so told Mike it meant that for the first time we are in agreement and that we had graduated into unity~
