Carol of the Bells, also known as the Ukrainian Bell Carol, was originally composed by Ukrainian composer & orthodox priest Mykola Dmytrovych Leontovych. Peter Wilhovsky accomodated the song into English in the 1930's, though in 1921 the Ukrainian National Chorus introduced the song on October 5th while performing at Carnegie Hall.
