v4  Just then Boaz arrived from Bethlehem & greeted the harvesters, "The LORD be with you!"

Business/Protectors:  When Boaz walked up to his outdoor
                                        company his 1st assessment was
"The LORD be with you!" He sincerely
put God 1st, blessing people 2nd, then
                                        dealth with evaluations thereafter.
                                        Boaz proved great prioritization with
                                        his deep God-fearing and heartfelt
                                        demonstration that kept company
                                        moral high.  Instead of employees
asking each other, "What did the crop
say to the farmer?"  Then sarcastically
laughing, "Why you always picking on me?"
Their instant reply to the boss was,
                                        "The LORD bless you!"  (v4)

~Truth brings peace ~Peace brings freedom

Over & above bottom lines & top dollars, over & above huge rapacious networks declaring bragging rights over worldwide coverage, Boaz held marketplace success because he pointed employees to truth through sincere demonstration that revealed how you will only truly prosper as your soul prospers (3 Jn 2), making Boaz's priority vision one that was rooted on how God places importance and value on people as they interacted so that the freedom seen in him would be the example his employees could follow until all the business practices were without regret, without lack and depression, and were flowing out from the substance of peace, now embracing the great change that would be to receive the blessing from God which had no sorrow added to it (Pro 10:22).
