Winning
Blue v30-35 Ch 11 Jud
Reinforcing Beliefs
v30 Jephthah made a vow to the LORD...
Let me win this war & I'll give You whatever comes out of the door of my house (v31).
So the LORD let Jephthah win the war (v32).Never let them see you sweat...
But remember how Jephthah already told the other side very boldly that "whatever the LORD our God has given us WE WILL possess (v24). But then Jephthah goes home to think about his Winning-Victory Strategy and the voice of doubt rises up AFTERWARD to challenge his word & beliefs.
The Power of Words
Jephthah's arbitrary interaction set up the foundation in the story. His words were sowed and his confident "We Will" exchange was something the other side could look upon and see as great confidence that Jephthah had meant what he said, believing he intended to see the victory.
His unwavering mind-set offered the other side no doubt and showed the lack of fear. When you belong to God the foundation of our story is never sown in fear because we play by a different set of rules and are not allowed to express wavering/waffling during the stage when the foundation is being laid.

...Words & Beliefs, and although we really feel the challenges, when it comes to the foundation we know what we believe and Will stand without negotiations, no matter that we use reinforcement to help ourselves out
