Good Question. Life is not always a bowl of roses. And that's ok!
This morning the electricity went out so called the Electric Company to find out that 926 people in our area were without electric. Don't know what happened or why? The automated call doesn't offer those details. What is weird is after the Power came back on, my computer speakers, monitor, fax machine, work! The Keyboard and Computer Tower have no power running into them and the power button is not lighting up, meaning, i'm blogging from Mike's Laptop. Have been gone almost all day, first to run errands with my friend who is back from Poland, then to spend 4.5 hours with another friend who is struggling & separated in their marriage. There comes a time when no matter what happens we just need to quit trying so hard then yield to just let things be- there is no logic or quick answer, there won't be any good reason, and honestly, right now, even if there was one it wouldn't matter, we have to walk through the processes in our lives knowing that patience will be the number one ingredient used for whatever rose we were expecting, ready to realize that sometimes we just don't get to know what's going on. It's not time to know. It is time to trust and yield. Without using any formula for control. I don't know what's wrong with my computer? Don't know what it's going to take to fix it (again)? It is inconvenient and easy to be sick of it. Would be better if it just worked but don't always get want i want when i want it... so have learned to just let it go, believe God, confident God will take care of it in His timing & will show me what to do, deciding to go about my day anyway, accepting that everything will be fine, they always are. "This too shall pass!" Is what mom always used to say.
