   v8 ...You tested him at Massah; You contended with him at the waters of Meribah.

v8 About Levite he said: Your Thummim and Urim belong to the man you favored. 
  v9-10 ...he watched over Your word & guarded Your covenant.  He teaches Your precepts...and Your law.  He offers incense (praise) before You & whole burnt offerings (whole-hearted devotion) on Your altar.

  
v11 Bless all his skills, O LORD, & be pleased with the work of his hands.
