                                                                I will proclaim the Name of the LORD.

*Moses is about to die (v14) so the LORD is telling Moses & Joshua how the people will enter the land flowing with milk & honey but after eating their fill & thriving will reject God & start disobeying Him (v20).  As a result many disasters & difficulties will come upon them (v21) so God is instructing Moses to write a song (that applies to the future) that will testify against them (v21-22).  Moses was teaching the future before the future happened & it would seem that this was negative but in reality it was a song of Hope to tell you where to turn once you screwed up.  It was very directional (Ch 32), insightful, declarative, authoritative, exposing both sin & Light, & once the LORD had His vengenance on His enemies, He will make atonement for His land & people.
