1.  Why was the city established?
      A.  God assigned who to prayerfully Thank Father God
            and pray to enforce the city's God-calling.
      B.  Who is repenting & keeping the city inside of Father's 
            Heart & Plans?
            1.  Love vs Hate
            2.  Giving vs Greed
            3.  Understanding & Mercy vs Critical Judgmentalism
            4.  Respect vs Manipulation & Stealing



2.  Is God's Government upholding the City's government?
      A.  Who is praying for the leaders to lead "We the People"
            into peace?
      B.  Who has the burden to pray humility & righteous fair
            laws, taxes, spending, salaries, rules, city maintenance,
            for the political influences granted this power to set
            these rules?
       C.  Who is repenting & praying for the city people? To block
             desires to sin that cause us to reap these burdensome
             ideas & ways & corruption that steal integrity from the
             leaders & the city they are appointed to lead, because
             its people do the same.

  SO

3.  Who were the 1st people who lived in the area & what
      happened to them?
      A.  Bind Weaknesses (repent/make restitution)
      B.  Loose Strengths (ask & thank God)

4.  What does the city say about itself?  Any slogans or mottos?
      A.  Prayerfully resist the lie & intervene for people to speak
            out Truth (not fact) from the heart toward their city.  To
            love their city and its people.

5.  Why was the city established?  What was the motive?  Was
      it to gain freedom?  Run from something?  Rebel against
      something somewhere else and since couldn't have own
      way just go do it somewhere else instead of face issues 
      (which is different from God telling you to go start something
       in a new region).  The motive must be faced either way
       because motive becomes the foundation of the city & this
       root will attract & empower like-minded spirits to come 
       build on top of it.  The strategy here is to throw out the
       bathwater but keep the baby.  Discern what is useful & of
       good report & keep that, then repent/make restitution for
       what was misguided.  It's like rennovating an old building.
       The new construction is replacing what is no longer useful.

6.  Who is interceding for leadership? Any leadership?  Husband.
      Wife. Teacher. Office Manager.  Pastor.  Government.  
      Indirect leaders who have influence but don't necessarily hold
      the visible position.  Grocery Store owners.  National chains-
      Taco Bell.  (is it funny- where do we spend our money, do we
      complain about the prices and sow bitterness with our words?)
      We have and are the answer- power of life and death is still
      in the tongue.  Who has accepted the call on their life to be a
      Christian.  And is doing it.

7.  What areas have been mapped out & are already doing well 
      by bringing Jesus Christ?  Wealth on the outside does not
      mean He is there.  Where are the weak areas?  What
      neighborhood?  What single Christian is there that can
      use some help and reinforcement?  Come forward please so
      we know where to go.

8.  What is the mindset of the city?  As a whole what is the belief?
     Can it be kept?  Or cast out?  How is the mind of Christ inside
      the Child of God helping to make the kingdoms of this world
      the Kingdoms of our LORD and of His Christ?



9.  Where is the spiritual process being implemented?
     A.  You get saved - Isa 53/ Jn 3:16
     B.  Time to get sancitified - You are delivered from personal
           mindsets/strongholds and begin to grow up in Christ by 
           the discovery of character, giftings, stationing & position
           that is all filtered through the 1 Cor 13:4-5/Gal 5:22-23.
      C.  From Child of God to Son of God, You Flow in Father's
            Spirit as Light in the world to bring His Kingdom relation. 

10.  Does the economic system promote a place to occupy our
       gift or is it about worshipping the work of our own hands in
       competition & greed? Verses simply loving what we do and 
       then sharing it?  Is Christ the identity? Is there kindess?
       Fair work fair pay?  Is the goal to better everyone?  Did we
       even ask Christ if He wanted that goal?  Or do we still think
       we own everything in His Planet.

11.  What's the tallest building in the city?  It is not the Arch in
        St. Louis like you would think.  It is an communications blg.
        And you've seen already how the Germans & a few others
        played an important part in influencing the history of STL.
        We are the people who open and close doors over a city.
        People before us, their influence still carries on if it goes
        unchallenged.  Doesn't always need to be changed anyway
        because not everything is bad.

12.  What are the crimes?  Study the strengths as well and enforce
        true skill - music - culture - architecture... to Glorify God and
        give us something to do to occupy until He comes & to have
        something to share with one another through humility, patience
        & esteeming others higher.  It is about motive & motivation.
        Who we worship & point one another toward while we interact
         on a daily basis.
