Living in a vast Metropolitan area, St. Louis is numbered one of the top 10 cities in America. Culture and history have been richly incorporated ever since STL was founded in 1764 by Pierre Laclede and his 13yr old scout, Auguste Chouteau. St. Louis is named for Louis IX of France. Most of the early settlers were French and associated with the fur trade. In a secret treaty with Napoleon, STL had been transferred to the Spanish in 1770, and following the Louisiana Purchase of 1803, became part of the United States. In that day, STL flew under 3 flags; French/Spanish/American.
STL was a strategic location during the American Civil War, but stayed firmly under Union control, mostly because of the German influence, and it was fiercely loyal. Later settlers included Italians, Serbians, Lebanese, Syrians, Greeks, who settled by the late 19th Century. During the 19th Century, STL was an important center of commerce and trade, attracting thousands of immigrants. In 1904 the WORLD FAIR was held in STL to celebrate the Louisiana Purchase. At this fair God's Word of Prophecy was spoken through Maria Woodworth Etter that STL was called and chosen to scatter (the Gospel) to all parts of the world. It is this God-calling upon St. Louis that we will be reinforcing to the principalities and powers 'you must be removed' - "Jesus Christ is LORD."
When Seekingout the history to discover the gifts and sins of the city, research is effective by going back into the roots to when the city was first established. There will be discoverable patterns that will prove to have trickled into future generations, making history an important part of possessing the gates of any city. The immigrants are bringing with them both blessing and cursing in relation to their orginal homeland, in particular, in relation to the history placed within each family lineage. Whatever blessing is on their country as a whole, whenever that countryman relocates, you will see the manifestation to whatever degree is held by that countryman, also manifest here. For example, Germans are well known for electronics, creativity, hard work, and many genius type researching. Communications happen to be highly integrated with electronics and it just so happens that communications are one industry that produce here in STL economy. What's further, many German immigrants play a statistical part in the early history of STL.
Natural disasters
are another revelator for the city. STL is well documented as having many judgments. The fire of 1849, destroyed 15 city blocks. The devasting & destructive tornados of 1896 & 1926, killing over 682 combined, and 1896 alone injured more than one thousand people and cost in excess of 100 Million Dollars. February 10, 1959 tornado killed 21 with then President Eisenhower declaring STL "A Disaster". Tornado's are not the only destructive force sent agaisnt STL. October 31, 1895 STL experienced an earthquake above 6.0 on the Richter scale. 1967; F-4 Tornado. 1968; Earthquake. 1982; Blizzard. 1993; Mississippi River flooded. When researchers, leaders, intercessors, people seeking to repent for any unrepentive acts that need to be taken into responsibility, and yield themselves to God to allow Him pull down these strongholds, history will stop repeating itself because now it is being faced and overcome. Everything we do is likened to the seed that is planted with guaranteed harvest. When we blame God for natural disaster just because He is Sovereign and He warned us prophetically through the Bible where sin will lead us, do we then accredit Him as trying to teach us something as if it had nothing to do with our sin and everything to do with us having to bow our knee just because He is the Holy God? No, this is wrong thinking patters, He is not like that. What happened was the result of chosing to sin over and over and over again. God is not trying to prove He can make us bow. Jesus is the Lion and the Lamb, very balanced in His presentations, He is Love and that Love knows It's position. Father God is being very merciful by helping us link natural disaster to metropolized corporate sin so that we may repent and turn from our wicked ways to receive Eternal Life. We are now able to explain the death of the innocent, explain the death of the guilty, since neutral or gray areas are becoming non-existent for us because responsibility makes you answer for something without caring about whether you were the one that did it or not. King David suffered in his governing realm because of sin committed by another political figure (Saul) from one previous generation. David and his subjects didn't sow the behavior that was reaping judgment under his reign, but as soon as David took up intercession by righting the wrong and making proper restitution, the judgment lifted and the curse was removed. Sometimes we go not only to God to repent but go to the wounded or wronged person to put the value back into them to restore them. To apologize for the sinful actions of another by making restitution where necessary. This is what taking the city is all about. Research will reveal what interaction built the city and what interaction built the relationships, if the way & resource were used to strengthen the unity or weaken the corporate whole.

History is a great place to start when seeking to pull down strongholds. Discover on-line sites, local libraries, books, collect data to profile your neighborhood. It's easier to first commit all plans, research activities, to the Holy Spirit because He loves to lead us, being really good at it, He'll enjoy bringing information across our desk and into our hearts since there is so much to know, we can't know it all, some cities are really big, so He'll help save on time, knowing already what needs to be torn down, plucked up, rooted out, re-established, cast out, built up, re-planted, whatever. Seek to get details & statistics on the basics: Financial Income Levels; Crime; Major Successes/Failures of the City; Sex Offenses; Drug Trafficking; Deaths; Births; Single-Parented Homes; Political Leaders; Records Revealing Official Duties/Territories/Responsibilites; Religious Background; Voting Record; Immigration; Industry; Culture; Schools; Hospitals; Econmy; Environment; Extra-Curricular Activities (what families do for entertainment?), City Mapping; City Nicknames; Radio/TV/Satellite Stations (who has the best ratings, what are their beliefs); National Disaster Records; Who or What Runs the City; Churches. Build the file. Each topic will reveal trends or patterns about the city, about the inhabitants. Use the word of God and use this data to build a strategy to expose, repent, change the progress & atmosphere over the city, remain strategic since it's not wise to just go in while aimlessly casting out spirits. Spirits fight back. There are levels in warfare that may be matched skill for skill, it's good to know the realm/gifting you flow in then stay within that range of flow. The Holy Spirit shows range to each person so asking Him is easy. God's People can effectively pray for the establishment of the Five-Fold-Ministry throughout any region that God needs to enter even though territorial spirits feel overly challenged when we move into an area and so fight harder for position. Hold on uncompromisingly anyway, enforcing the Grace of God that now abounds over all iniquity patterns, knowing that strategy is being given so that we don't gain ground, lose ground, get those same spirits back 7x's stronger than before because we didn't know how to keep what we had, making the job harder than it needed to be when we try to take it back again. For example, go out and win a soul to Christ but now who is mentoring the next level of spirituality, namely, the sanctification process. It is here where the soul may go back, be lost, then in next time trying to get them to Jesus the person is even harder to reach and will probably say something like they've already tried that Jesus stuff and it didn't do nothing for me, making it even harder to win them back when we should have kept them to begin with. Strategy is used to point us toward successive patterns of growth to grow us up in Christ, submitting us into constant prayer that we may learn to expect the negative unexpected, and know how prayer gives God the access to Block It.
Once the history is gathered, list the blessings & cursings. List the sins to be repented for. Strategize {What needs to be dealt with first? The attack must cover less empowering spirits at the same time (done through prayer/acts)}. Establish the Praying People and the Fasting Teams {(must accommodate each phase of the attack) 1. Frontliners; tear down and establish, they do national and local repenting, they do this on location- within the territory 2. Have other intercessors pray for the frontline intercessors and ministers 3. Have more intercessors assigned to pray over specific assignments based from the information collected; have them deal with the spirit inside the sinner, for example, if drinking is a large part of recreation, this intercessor will rely on the information Scripture gives concerning alcohol then develop a praying strategy to reverse the character strongholds that are keeping the drunk person drunk. These intercessors will be covering issues concering everyday life. These people of prayer will be constant, consistent, and timed with what the Frontliners are going after in the territorial regions.
Meanwhile, other intercessors pray strictly for the establishment of God's Five-Fold-Apostolic-Ministry in all areas. These need to be direct, targeted prayers. Every office needs to be lifted up, asked for, with prayed detail & responsibility for each office. None of this general praying 'Oh-Lord establish Your Church here, and bring the 5Fold Ministry' ...pray the effort, knowing you get what you ask for, knowing a well prayed effort is a well reaped reward. BE DIRECT, TARGETED AND SPECIFIC. Scripture had listed each office with a description of
character that will match the gift and the territory. Pray believing to receive and be very grateful while asking for it all. Pray each gift to be used in the right territory, to be filtered through the correct perception, to produce the fruit of righteouness. Pray God's Spirit into everything. Be Stragetic, use the Word to get strategies.
At all levels, each intercessor will stand in the gap, repenting to God, so make sure the intercessory burden and assignment is coming from the heart or the prayer won't be answered. Pray in the blessing of God, realizing that sinners are allowed to sin, that's what a sinner does, sin. Remember that God died for the whole world but the whole world isn't going to be saved, that is not realistic, but since we live by faith we will not assume who is and who isn't going to be saved.
As we enforce to the principalities and powers that Jesus Christ is Lord, we know and are well versed that Scripture says that the wicked do not get their hearts desire so if sin is in the heart of wickedness & wickedness wants to destroy, hate, be evil, murder, commit crimes, and destroy, then know that by this verse alone we are allowed to make subservient this evil without it being a case of force or the need to ask for approval because by the Laws of Righteousness & Truth, the wicked simply will not be granted the desire of their heart.

Thank You Caron. Justin was there in the video having calm, quiet spirit and could feel the peace of God while listening to him. Was nice. Justin is sharing of the healing and that you don't have to be healed and i agree, Father God loves us if our physical body has cerebral palsy or if it is fine and doesn't experience things like it. I don't believe God is looking for perfection... perfect houses, perfect physical bodies... there is a story in Bible about how religious accusers demanded to know who sinned (because a child was sick) the boy or his parents and the answer was no one, it happened to bring Glory to God. When our sheer motive is to find something wrong with someone with the purpose of pointing out the fault, then this is not God's way. Take Baptist, who haven't believed in speaking in other tongues, and Assembly of God, who believe in speaking in other tongues... scripture supports both views... The theif on the cross, who did not speak other tongues, was told by Jesus that today he would be with Jesus in Paradise... and in the Corinthians, if you have the gift, use the gifts in love. What i really want to know more so than anything else first is not what we put on top of the building as we build but first tell me about Jesus, about the foundation... tell me about His Blood, tell me about His Life. Tell me about Christ. Tell me what Paul meant when he said follow me as i follow Christ. Tell what it means to die daily. Tell me what it means to be dead to self but alive to Christ and the life i now life i live by faith in the Son of God Who died for me and gave Himself for me. Please tell me what it means to be hidden in Christ. Please tell me about these things. Jesus is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father. Thank You for sharing. Father, please keep every one of the denominations out of deception... Father You are very large and very Big God and we need much help from You Father to be able to know You, please help us have the heart that You call pure before You and let us live in Your Presence and live in the Love of Christ and be able to follow Your Will for our lives...
