Kissing
Blue v7-19 Ch 22 Numv12 God said to Balaam, "...you must not put a curse (ill will speaking H#779 to execrate) on those people, because they are blessed."
v12 God told Balaam not to do it
v14 The World resorted to bribery
~money- v17 i will reward you handsomely
~power- v17 i will do whatever you say
v18 Balaam stayed strong BUT in the back of his mind thought God might have more to say.
*Here's the problem w/that - God decisively gave a Yes or No answer - there were NO gray areas in His answer AND the request from the bribers had never changed - so Balaam should have never thought God had more to say about it after His strict Directive since He is not double minded (Jms 4:8, 1:8), not tossed to and fro (Eph 14:4), not the Author of confusion (1 Cor 14:33).
It's no fun trying to curse blessed people because cursing w/out a cause will not stick (Pro 26:2) and what happens instead is the very word curse & judgment will come back on our own head so that we have to deal with it. It's just better not to give them away, and after having learned this told Mike to be sure not speak bad about another's man's wife because another man will say these same things about me and i don't want it. We do have this power in our families to influence like this. Husbands & Wifes are 1 flesh so it is really strong in this area. He agreed.
