Sitting in Sociology class one day during open discussion this girl thought it great that the President-in-running promised to raise the minimum wage up one dollar.  It sounded good on the surface but since it wouldn't be moving anybody out of their social class it seemed like a stupid idea to me because the overall raise might suggest a few good meals.  Meaning, your weekly increase of $40.00 would buy what?  Minimum wage jobs don't even allow the person holding the job to be able to support themselves.  It takes all that plus just to make it, so saving it is unlikely, so what did we really accomplish except more shallow spending.  And who really paid for that increase?  Employer going to raise his price now to pay for it?  Cause the top-doggies rarely want to give up their power, position, or titles. 

What are we getting for our over-priced pricing?
v16...because what he is really selling you is...  (problem)

Stratified Cannibalism
Economically we are eating ourselves from the inside out.  Somebody has to stop our rapaciousness, who wants to go first?  We need a leader that can get us to follow and here this must be said...  the poor will always be with us so this isn't even about trying to fix that, but we are out of control.  From Hollywoods anorexia to obesity in the Midwest... we need our self-control back.  Look at the homes, the differences in prices and what you get for what you're paying.  The middle home is mine, we had it built in 1996-7.  Somewhere we need to get back to fair pricing.  There is a legal saying: The punishment must fit the crime.
